Digital Delivery

Visual credits and generated boards are digital. When checkout is enabled, credits are added to your studio account and are usable immediately in the Paper Builder. Generated output boards can be saved and downloaded from the studio. Credits are priced in USD and do not expire.

Shipping & Returns

Physical paper packs and season sets ship from our studio at Unit 1 Lye Valley Industrial Estate, Bromley Street, Stourbridge, England, DY9 8HX. Studio shipping is free on paper orders over $75 (USD); below that a flat $6 USD studio shipping applies. Unused paper packs may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the pack price in USD. Return postage is arranged with the studio by email.

• All order values, shipping and refunds are quoted and settled in USD.
• Recycled, uncoated stock varies slightly between pulp batches.
• Return requests start by emailing support@ecoecostat.shop.

Refund Boundary

Because visual credits unlock digital generation immediately, credit purchases are refundable only where credits remain entirely unused on the account. Once a board has been generated with a credit balance, that spent portion is non-refundable. Physical paper packs follow the 30-day return terms above. All refunds are issued in USD to the original account.

AI Disclaimer

The Paper Builder produces visual mood boards for inspiration only. Boards, tones and arrangements are illustrative references for recycled-paper stationery. They are not an eco certification, a carbon-neutral statement, a sustainability guarantee, or a claim of guaranteed physical stock. Colours and textures shown are indicative and will differ from printed and shipped materials. Use the boards as a starting point, then confirm physical pack details before you reorder.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to answer enquiries and prepare orders: the name, email and message you send us, and the contents of your Supply Tray (stored in your own browser). We do not sell personal data. The contact form composes an email in your own mail application; it does not transmit data to a third-party processor. By using the studio you agree that visual boards are provided for inspiration, that all pricing is in USD, and that checkout is currently in preparation with the payment provider pending — no payment is collected until checkout is enabled.
